Ground rules for using HinduAI

These terms are meant to keep HinduAI useful, respectful, and fair for everyone. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limits of what spiritual guidance software can and cannot do.

Nature of the service

HinduAI is a digital guidance product designed to offer emotionally aware, spiritually inspired, and practical responses rooted in Hindu wisdom traditions. It is not a replacement for doctors, lawyers, therapists, licensed financial advisers, or official religious authorities.

Respectful use

You agree not to use HinduAI to generate abusive, hateful, violent, unlawful, or religion-targeting content. The product is intended for reflection, life guidance, spiritual encouragement, and personal clarity, not harm.

  • Do not misuse the service to defame any religion, person, or group.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, or abuse the chat, payment, or login systems.
  • Do not use automated scraping or hostile behavior that affects service stability.

Accounts and access

Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for using your own account lawfully and keeping access to your email or sign-in method secure. HinduAI may suspend or limit misuse, fraud, or harmful behavior when necessary to protect the product and its users.

Free and premium features

Free users may receive limited messages or lighter guidance. Paid users may receive premium access such as deeper responses, saved history, more guides, or broader feature access. Pricing, limits, and feature packaging may evolve over time.

Purchases are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider. Access decisions may depend on successful payment confirmation and customer status in the backend.

Content quality and corrections

We aim to keep the experience thoughtful, respectful, and helpful, but no AI system is perfect. Responses may sometimes need human review, correction, or backend updates. If you see something inaccurate or sensitive, email support@hinduai.in.

Availability and changes

HinduAI may update pages, prompts, guides, features, content systems, pricing, and backend settings to improve safety, quality, trust, and performance. We may also pause or change features temporarily during maintenance, upgrades, or issue resolution.

Limitation of responsibility

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. HinduAI provides guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. For urgent health, mental health, legal, or financial situations, seek qualified human help immediately.
