Because the service is digital and access may begin immediately, refund requests are handled carefully and according to the policy below.
Payments made for HinduAI digital access are generally non-refundable once access has been activated. We do not offer refunds simply because a user changes their mind, stops using the service, or decides that the guidance is not a fit after access has been provided.
This policy helps keep the pricing simple while still allowing genuine billing issues to be reviewed.
We may review refund or adjustment requests for duplicate transactions, accidental repeated charges, clear payment processing errors, or technical problems that prevent access after payment. Approval is not automatic and depends on the details of the issue.
